Oxford and the Cotswolds Tour


Oxford is a gateway to the Western edge of the Cotswolds, so we often recommend our customers spend some time in this world famous University city. There's plenty to see and do in Oxford incl:

  • stroll around the historic colleges
  • take a guided walking tour
  • See Radcliffe Camera (Bodleian Library)
  • shopping

You'll have an afternoon and a morning in Oxford before moving on to the Cotswolds. All the sights are in the city centre so you can easily explore on foot. On the second day we'll have someone pick you up and take you to the Cotswolds. After a relaxing night we wil take you on a guided tour of the best of the north Cotswolds over rolling hills and idyllic English villages lined with Cotswold stone walls.

Itinerary

Day 1
In the morning you'll arrive in Oxford The afternon is yours to explore the city on foot. Everything is within easy walking distance.

Day 2
Oxford sightseeing and shopping after a hearty breakfast
Transfer to the Cotswolds (by train) (to Moreton in Marsh or Kingham station)

Day 3
Full day private guided Cotswold tour. You'll be picked up and dropped off from your accomodation. One of our expert local guides will show you the best of the Cotswold villages, countryside and history. The tour will match your pace and we'll recommend places we know you'll like.

Day 4
Free time to pick up some souvenirs or an antique to remember your visit.
Afternoon departure
